The full BlackNoise mains filters and power distributors line does not only benefit from a 5 years warranty* but also from a “moneyback guaranteed” selling policy.
It is possibile to try out the product for two weeks starting from the receiving date: if it does not prove to be of your liking it can be simply shipped back and in few working days (upon checking its integrity) it will be refunded (via Bank transfer or PayPal) deducted possible expenses.**
Following conditions apply:
1– The “moneyback guaranteed” selling policy applies to products directly selled by us or by our representatives on the Italian territory, or for products selled directly by us abroad. In any other case, foreign distributors/resellers are not binded to this policy and are free to apply it to their discretion. Always stands valid the possibility by foreign clients to directly contact us in case of lack of assistance by the distributors/reseller, unresolved complaints or any other sound reason.
2- Custom products made on request (special lengths, custom plugs/sockets and/or non standard combinations/configurations), do not benefit from the “moneyback guaranteed” selling policy.
3- The “moneyback guaranteed” moreover, applies only to private customers, excluding purchases made in the name of companies or professionals with a VAT number.
4- Please, contact us always before shipping goods back. Sometimes an incorrect use of our products can cause unsatisfactory results that can be solved in a very simple way with full satisfaction of both parties. SYSTEMS AND MAGIC while from a professional point of view is always eager to know the basic reasons behind a return, has no obstacle whatsoever to honor it, regardless of motivations.
5- Returned material must be in perfect shape, without scratches, knocks or damages of any kind and must have been used in accordance with the included documentation (the same reported in these pages). These are absolute requirements but fairly intuitive.
6- For shipment, the product has to be put with the uttermost care in its original packaging together with documentation, warranty and any other item or accessory originally included.
7– Return expenses are fully in charge of the customer as well as chosed shipping method and courier. SYSTEMS AND MAGIC cannot, in any case, be considered responsible for a damaged or lost shipment. Upon this matter, we strongly advice to insure the material shipped, usually it’s a very small fee but can save a lot of headaches. For the same reason it’s much better to use a shipping method that offers trackability, preferably through the web. In this way it’s always very simple to know where a shipment is, ensuring both parties. These are just simple suggestions, but please consider that if we don’t receive the material we are then unable to refund it to you.
*5 years warranty is referred ONLY to BlackNoise filters and energy distributors, NOT to cables and other accessories where a two years warranty applies instead.
**The refund is less Bank transfer expenses (if this is the chosen method), original delivery price (if it was at our expense) and a 4% fee if PayPal was the original payment method used. |
